BOOKING

PachaMama Pleasant Stay rooms and apartment services may be booked by e-mail. Customers will receive a written booking confirmation. Children aged 12 years or more, are treated as adults and will be charged full price. Guests are obliged to add children over 12 years of age as adults.

BOOKING ACCOMMODATIONS

The booking is confirmed when the customer provides:

  • Details of a valid credit card,
  • 40% advance payment,
  • Full advance payment,

And receives a confirmation email.

CREDIT CARD BOOKING

In order to confirm the reservation via credit card, the customer should provide the following information: type and number of credit card, credit card holder’s name, expiration date and CVC code. To ensure the protection of sensitive data, the customer can submit either by email or by phone.The credit card will not be charged prior to the guest’s arrival. The accommodation fee and surcharges are paid at the reception.

ADVANCE PAYMENT BOOKING

If the customer chooses to pay via advance payment, the reservation is confirmed when 40% of the total amount of the accommodation service fee is deposited. The remain of the full amount (60% of accommodation fee plus surcharges) is paid no later than on the day of departure. The payment deadline for the advance payment is 3 days after the pro forma invoice is sent. When the customer deposits the required amount, an advance payment invoice will be provided as a proof of payment. If the advance is not paid on time, the reservation is cancelled.

BOOKING WITH A FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT

For a full advance payment (Accommodation and surcharges), the guest will be issued with pro forma invoice. The deadline for the deposit is 3 days after the invoice is sent. When the customer deposits the required amount, an advance payment invoice will be provided as a proof of payment. If the amount is not deposited on time, the reservation is cancelled.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE

It is possible to cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 19:00 at least 3 days before your date of arrival. If the cancellation is made after this time, or if the customer chooses not to arrive, we reserve a right to charge the first day of accommodation. If the customer cancels his booking within the cancellation deadline, and the booking was made with an advance payment, the deposited amount will not be refunded but can be used within 30 days of the deposit.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Our reception at PachaMama Pleasant Stay accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers as payments methods.

PRICES

All prices listed are in euros and include VAT. Accommodation fee does not include tourist tax which is added separately (1,265€/adult/day and 0,633€/child/day). PachaMama Pleasant Stay reserves the right to change prices depending on season and occupancy.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check in 14:00-19:00
  • Check out 9:00-11:00
  • Late check in – Please note if you plan to arrive later than the opening hours of the reception notify the reception office about your approximate arrival time for further instructions.

Check-in options for apartments MusicHouse, PortHouse, FondaHouse and GardenHouse

  1. Come to the reception of PachaMama Pleasant Stay on Trubarjeva 8 street to pick up the keys and check-in.
  2. Go to the address of the apartment house you booked and call us upon arrival and the receptionist on duty will meet you with the keys.
  • Payments: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards (Maestro) or cash in €.
  • All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

EXTRA CHARGES

  • The upper room prices include only the amount of the overnight stay based on your date of arrival + tourist tax.
  • Tourist tax 1,265€/person/day from 18 years old
  • Tourist tax 0,633€/person/day from 7-18 years old
  • Tourist tax 0€/person/day from 0-7 years old
  • DayStarter 8€/person (we offer the DayStarter only from 01.05. to 30.09. on our SecretGarden terrace)
  • DayStarter time from 8:00 to 10:30
  • Parking garage Fornače costs 17€/day, but if you are staying with us it is 9€/day. You will get your parking card at the reception.
  • Rent of beach towels 2€/towel/day
  • Rent of a picnic basket 15€/day

SERVICES

  • We can safely store your luggage before check-in or after check-out in our storage room free of charge.
  • Please note there is no extra space for additional beds in any of the rooms.
  • House pets are not allowed.
  • Baby cots are available upon request, please notify the reception if you need one.
  • Family friendly accommodation.
