PachaMama Pleasant Stay rooms and apartment services may be booked by e-mail. Customers will receive a written booking confirmation. Children aged 12 years or more, are treated as adults and will be charged full price. Guests are obliged to add children over 12 years of age as adults.


The booking is confirmed when the customer provides:

  • Details of a valid credit card,
  • 40% advance payment,
  • Full advance payment,

And receives a confirmation email.


In order to confirm the reservation via credit card, the customer should provide the following information: type and number of credit card, credit card holder’s name, expiration date and CVC code. The amount of the reservation is fully charged via PayPal. Tourist tax and surcharges are paid at the reception upon arrival.


If the customer requires a room or apartment directly through our e-mail and chooses to pay via bank transfer, the reservation is confirmed when 40% of the total amount of the accommodation service fee is deposited. The remainder of the full amount (60% of accommodation fee plus surcharges) is paid on the day of arrival or departure. The payment deadline for the advance payment is 3 days after the pro forma invoice is sent. When the customer deposits the required amount, an advance payment invoice will be provided as proof of payment. If the advance is not paid on time, the reservation is cancelled.


If the accommodation is booked with the credit card it is possible to cancel or modify your booking free of charge at least 3 days or 72 hours before your date of arrival with a full refund of the accommodation service fee. If the cancellation is made after this time, or if the customer chooses not to arrive, we reserve a right to charge the first day of accommodation and refund the rest of the prepaid amount.

If the customer cancels his booking within the cancellation deadline, and the booking was made with a bank transfer payment, the deposited amount will not be refunded but can be used within 30 days of the deposit.


Our reception at PachaMama Pleasant Stay accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers as payments methods.


All prices listed are in euros and include VAT. Accommodation fee does not include tourist tax which is added separately (2,50€/adult/day and 1,25€/child/day). PachaMama Pleasant Stay reserves the right to change prices depending on season and occupancy.

  1. Come to the reception of PachaMama Pleasant Stay on Trubarjeva 8 street to pick up the keys and check-in.
  2. Go to the address of the apartment house you booked and call us upon arrival and the receptionist on duty will meet you with the keys.

  • All rooms are NON-SMOKING.


  • The upper room prices include only the amount of the overnight stay based on your date of arrival + tourist tax.

We collect, manage, process, and store the following user data for the purposes of providing the offered services:

  • Contact addresses;
  • E-mail address (username);
  • Telephone number;

Other data that the user voluntarily includes in the form;

We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the submitted user data.

For what purposes do we collect personal data?

The data collector acts in accordance with the regulations governing the security of personal data and is committed to the protection of the personal data that belong to the users of their website. The data collector shall not, under any circumstance, forward personal or other data, or allow a third party to view them without explicit consent from the user, unless this is required by state authorities, an obligation stipulated by law or a decision made in good faith, based on the conviction that such actions are necessary for procedures before courts and other state authorities, and for the protection and materialization of the data collector’s legitimate interests.

The data controller will not use these data for a purpose that would harm the user or other involved persons in any way. The data controller will not use user data for sending the user promotional e-mail or other unwanted promotional materials except for the promotional notifications that the user chooses to subscribe to/consent to. The data controller may use the data in an anonymized, summarized form for the purposes of statistical analysis. The confidentiality of personal and other user data will not be breached in any way.

Likewise, you must explicitly confirm that you agree with and are informed that by sending us your reservation, and by entering your data, you express your understanding and agreement with the fact that your data (name and surname, e-mail address, and telephone number) will be kept in our database for 2 years after the contact form has been submitted for the purposes of keeping a customer record and ensuring appropriate communication, and that you are aware that you may request to erase your data at any point. If you do not tick the box indicating that you agree with the privacy policy, you will not be able to complete the reservation process.

We need your personal data in order to complete the steps of a reservation.  The data that you enter in the online form will be processed only if it is strictly necessary for our business operations and storage (archiving). The data controller will manage personal user data within a collection of personal data only as long as it is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which data are collected and managed.

Payment data processing

With submitted payment information we work according to Paypal Privacy Policy. Because the on-line information system features certain links to other, external websites which are not related to us, we are not liable for data protection on these websites. Read more under 5.7

Performance of the privacy policy

In compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the data controller protects personal data following the Rules on Personal Data Protection. All persons employed full- or part-time by the data controller that have access to personal and other user data are familiar with the regulations set out in the Rules on Personal Data Protection, and with the duty of protecting personal and other data. They must respect these regulations on protecting personal data confidentiality and website user privacy. The duties of protecting personal and other data have no time limit and apply even after the termination of the relationship with the data controller.

Your rights

We have a duty to process personal data only for the purposes for which we have collected them. You have the right to monitor our actions in this regard. You can request access to the personal data that is being processed, as well as information (a copy or output) on how your data are being processed at any time.
